How do I place an order?
Add items to your basket and complete checkout online. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to help. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once orders are packed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Why are some products past their best-before date?
We specialise in short-dated and past best-before dry goods.
Best-before dates relate to quality, not safety. Products remain safe to consume when stored correctly and packaging is intact.
We never sell products past their use-by date.
Are best-before dates shown?
Yes. Where relevant, best-before dates are shown clearly in the product description or images.
Do you sell fresh or chilled food?
No. We only sell dry ambient food and household items.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are estimates and will be shown at checkout depending on your location and courier.
Are any postcodes excluded?
Some remote or surcharge postcodes may be excluded. If delivery is unavailable, this will be shown at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can I return items?
Food items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged

What about allergens?
All allergen and ingredient information is provided on the original manufacturer packaging.
Customers are responsible for checking labels before consumption.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely via trusted payment providers. We never store your card details.
