Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days when calculating delivery times.

Order Processing

Delivery Address

Please make sure to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to incorrect information provided during checkout.

Address Changes: If you notice an error with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@bb4foods.com. We can make adjustments only if your order has not been shipped yet.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address (wrong address, refused package, etc.), we will refund your order minus a £5 handling fee or resend the package (additional shipping charges will apply).
Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at support@bb4foods.com within 21 days of your order's dispatch date. We will work with you and the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the item(s) and packaging, and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
